Introduction to AcaFinder service.

An anti-CRISPR associated protein identification tool. Here, we provide the first web server to Aca protein finding.

The server also supports prophage, complete CRISPR-Cas, and Self-targeting Spacer screening. All information will be integrated and presented to user.
